Service Plans
Finding the service plan that best fits your needs will assure good communication and efficiency with Provirtua.
- One-Offs: Includes one-time secretarial services for letters, resumes, spreadsheets, etc. Payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery.
- Hourly plan: This plan is best for those in need of ongoing services, but not certain about the volume of work at this time. Deposit may be required. Invoices billed on 1st & 15th.
- Project Plan: Please fill out the Quote Request Form for estimates. Estimated costs for your entire project will include time and materials. 40% deposit is required with remainder billed at completion of project. Progressive payments are required for very large projects.
- Retainer Plan: A pre-determined number of hours will be set aside each month and in return for being paid in advance client will receive a 5% discount on retainer amount. Plans are offered in 10 hour increments beginning at 10 hours per month. Hours beyond the retainer will be billed at the regular rate. Retainers must be paid before the 1st day of each month.
